Rule 103

The concerned office shall collect the amount deemed to be unreasonable. If the relevant office fails to recover the amount even after repeated actions within one year, the reason for the non-recovery shall be submitted to the accountable officer. The Accounts Payable Officer who has been submitted in this way has to send the details to the Central Tehsil Office in the format as per schedule-15.
(2) If the information received according to sub-rule (1) has been verified by the Central Tehsil Office, it will inform the relevant body within seven days. On the basis of the information received in that way, the concerned body should make the deduction of the cost of his beruju.
(3) If a mathematical error is found while checking the details received as per sub-rule (2), the Central Tehsil Office shall send it in writing to the Accounting Officer for review.
